BSM Releases “Livefleet” Mobile App To Offer Customers Greater Transparency

After the success of Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement’s (BSM) web portal LiveFleet, it has announced the launch of its mobile app LiveFleet which is available on both iOS and Android.

LiveFLeet has been developed in partnership with MariApps Marine Solutions which also a member of the Schulte Group. This app is a major part of the BSM’s PAL 4 ship management enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

With the help of this app ship owners will now be able to know the real time operational, technical and financial information. It also features an intuitive interface. With the all mobile experience it enables the customers to manage their vessels in a more easy and fast way.

“We are very excited to announce the launch of this app which will help ship owners access information on their vessels quickly and simply, no matter where they are in the world,” said Sankar Ragavan, Schulte Group Chief Digital Officer. “At BSM, we constantly strive to improve and simplify interactions with our customers as well as be as transparent as possible, and this app is a continuation of our company’s innovative spirit.”

Key features of the LiveFleet app include:

• Vessel monitoring: Using this app the users will be able to locate the vessel” exact location, view key performance metrics and see the upcoming activities. Essential operational information and financial reports can be accessed through it.

• Built-in messaging: The users can also get to know about the details of the members managing the ship. They can ask for feedback and questions using this app.

• Report saving: The app has a bookmark feature which helps users to save the reports and review them whenever required.

The LiveFleet mobile is available to employees, partners and customers of BSM. The app is now available for download on mobiles and tablets.
