Oboronlogistics’ Largest Container Ship Completes Delivery Of Cargo Via Northern Sea Route

The delivery of project cargo Ship Sparta III which is the largest container ship of the Oboronlogistics has been made to Europe via the Northern Sea route from China. By operating the Sparta III through the Northern sea route, it showed a reduction in the distance by 27% and 10 days of time were saved.

Due to passage of the the ship through pirate-free regions, the company also made savings in fuel and security. There is also a reduction in the cost of passing the Suez Canal by following NSR leads. A total of 300,000€ were saved in the journey.

For the delivery of cargo from Asia to Europe, the Northern Sea route is shorter and faster. Thus, Oboronlogistics plans to continue working in this direction.
